Hello,
From my personal perspective, I believe there shouldn't be a new
border wall between Mexico and the United States. It would get Mexicans calmed
and feel safe since at least they wouldn't feel more neglected than they
already are. American's hate the most on Hispanics and stereotype us with
Mexicans since they are the majority of Hispanic immigrants. Drug smuggling and
illegal immigration are huge issues within migration, and how people overall
look at all the immigrants. Solutions to both of those topics logically would
be higher security and better laws requirements towards immigration. Targeting
Hispanics towards this kind of stuff would only cause social chaos and
discrimination from the U.S. since most of the time it's also the own system
that it's corrupted and discriminating towards minorities. America always
considered immigrants as a threat to their culture. A great solution for these
kinds of situations would be the actual acceptance of middle-class people, who
are able to afford on their own to immigrate to the United States, and also the
accountability that they already have a place secured and being economically
stable enough to support themselves. Making sure minorities are knowledgeable
of the big changes that is to immigrate as a minority to the united states and
unmask the actual lifestyle of minorities there. Illegal immigration doesn’t
have to be a thing, yet it can be stopped by the changing of laws, or better
awareness to minorities to the big changes or dangers that they are facing by doing
that kind of decisions. Smuggling drugs is a more difficult social problem to
stop, yet better security or awareness towards people with addiction problems
have. Also, another kind of way to stop the smuggling drugs through immigration
would be at least better checkouts, and different points of security with
different branches within the immigration place, since most of the time
corruption places a huge part along these types of situations.
